Happy 8 months to my sweet girls! I cannot even believe how quickly they are changing and discovering new things these days. It is amazing to watch them learn new skills but at totally different paces. Emma can sit up on her own and play for long stretches at a time where Avery would rather fall over and wiggle her way to new toys, the dogs or whatever she can get her hands on. I am always so scared I am going to miss their "firsts" but we soak up every minute together in the mornings, after work and on the weekends. They both made me so proud tonight that I got a little weepy...Emma started to imitate me and play Patty Cake and Avery got up on all 4s and rocked back and forth.Happy 8 months Emma and Avery. You fill my heart with such love and joy.
